Bird Dog Program
- If more than one bird dog submits the same deal, the first one to submit the deal will get the finder's fee.
- Please do your research on the ARVs before submitting a deal.
- Please include links to at least three comps to your submission.
- Bird dog fees for multifamily properties are negotiable; please include your requested fee with your submission.
⚠ If you submit more than three deals in a six-month period that do not fit the buy box, we will no longer accept deals from you.
